Messenger of Deliverance Ministries.org is a Prophetic Evangelistic Outreach Ministry based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Our ministry is dedicated to demonstrating God's redeeming grace and spreading His Word and healing power to the nations.

Our Vision

Inspired by the Lord's calling in 1984, we aim to be an ambassador and messenger for His kingdom. We strive to touch, heal, deliver, and bring souls to the saving knowledge of Christ while meeting the physical and spiritual needs of our community. We want the community to know that we are a place of refuge.

Our Unique Approach

What sets Messenger of Deliverance Ministries apart is our foundation in God's redeeming grace. We demonstrate love to one another, embodying the essence of Christ's disciples. We are a Prophetic Evangelistic Outreach Ministry committed to serving the Cincinnati community and beyond.

Milestones & Achievements

Our journey has been marked by significant milestones: Sent out by my pastor in 1992; installed as Pastor in 1993; started a church in Columbus, Ohio 1992 and pastored there until 1998; at which point I was instructed by the Lord to relocate to Cincinnati, Ohio where I received the Apostolic call and consecration in 2000. My wife and I   were asked to move to Spartanburg, SC to help save churches that were struggling and destined to close – these churches are still open today! We began Messenger of Deliverance Ministries in Cincinnati, Ohio 2001; consecrated as bishop in 2003. I was added to the Board of Bishop International Bible Way Churches of Jesus Christ, Inc in 2008; ministered in Dayton, Ohio from 2009-2013. In 2015, we were asked once again to relocate to Columbus, Ohio to work with a group of churches. In 2024 appointed Southern Ohio Diocesan Bishop International Bible Way Ohio Diocese. Many souls have been touched, healed, and delivered, and brought to the saving knowledge of Christ.

Now, we are back in Cincinnati, Ohio with a fresh mandate to reopen the ministry here and lead souls to Christ.  

Community Engagement

We are deeply committed to the local Cincinnati community. Our mission is to reach out, providing food and clothing to those in need while ministering to their spiritual well-being. We strive to be a place of refuge, offering support and guidance to all who seek it.
